Downloaded the software today. Seems very complete, intuitive and best of all, doesn't need a cloud, internet or paying a monthly fee which can ad up to a good deal of money.Also prints labels with bar codes to paste to the equipment being serviced, prints reports and has a simple POS module.

I have been using WorkTrace for over 6 years without complaint. The few times I had to contact tech support it was fast and super friendly.
